MIZBASHO PURE is the first sparkling sake in the world whose fine bubbles are the result of the marriage between traditional sake making, and in-bottle secondary fermentation, the technique made famous by champagne makers. Very dry and white in color. Unlike champagne, it is unsweetened, and matches any Japanese cuisine.
