This is a quality sake product brewed exclusively from Yamadanishiki rice which is particularly suited for sake brewing. Milled at a polishing ratio of up to 50% and then fermented at a low temperature for a long period of time. It has a wonderful flavor reminiscent of pears and tastes rich. Slightly sweet-sour and just a little bitter. It's the perfect companion for a wide variety of dishes and is also suitable as an aperitif. |
